Pay rate: £13.84 - £18.46 per hour dependent on experience

Teaching Personnel are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals for a secondary school within the South Birmingham area. Offering both full and part time roles, becoming a cover supervisor can be a very fulfilling role alongside offering flexibility to work around you.
As a cover supervisor you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference by teaching and supervising pupils across KS3 and KS4. With pre-prepared lessons ready to go, you’ll step into the classroom and deliver engaging content providing the best quality of education.
The ideal candidate:
* You are not required to hold a Qualified Teacher Status as a cover supervisor, but experience as a cover supervisor is essential!
* Experience within a school environment
* An interest in student learning and development
* To be a compassionate and caring individual
* You will need excellent behaviour management skills and confidence to handle any situation that may arise in the classroom
Your role:
* Delivering pre-set lessons - Facilitate learning by following lessons plans and ensuring a productive classroom environment.
* Maintaining Order: Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a respectful and focused atmosphere
* Assisting with Queries: Provide support to students by answering questions and offering guidance
* Reporting: Record any issues or incidents and communicate them to appropriate staff members
* Collaboration: Collaborate with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure seamless educational experience for students
Requirements:
* Full-time position with part-time options available
