MSP Background M365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Citrix … Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and networking principles. Strong interest and experience in IT services, solutions, and technology. Proficiency in PC's, servers, email, telephony, backup, Firewalls, switching, and routers. Relevant IT certifications desired (Microsoft Associate, CCNA, AWS, GCP, ITIL, PRINCE, etc.).
