Invoicing Assistant (Transport) With over 50 years experience in the logistics industry McCulla Ireland are one of the countrys leading providers of ambient, chilled and frozen logistics solutions throughout Ireland, the United Kingdom and Europe. We currently have Operating Centres across Northern Ireland and Ireland, with further plans for expansion. McCulla has over 300 employees working across our Transport, Warehousing, Customs and Green Bioenergy Operations. The Person This role will require a professional individual, with excellent communication & organisational skills. As part of the wider finance team you will administer the customer invoicing processes, in respect of; reconciling invoices, stock invoices, overdue invoices, and other additional ad-hoc tasks that are requested to support the team and wider business operations. About The Role Duties: Process our customer invoices, ensuring they raised accurately and timely so we can collect the balances efficiently. Support the setup of our customer accounts to ensure invoices are raised correctly to our customers. Log and resolve queries in a timely manner, ensuring customers and internal teams are kept updated. Reconcile balances and investigate differences. Develop and nurture relationships with external suppliers & customers that enable efficient resolution of issues that arise. Work closely with all departments to understand our customer expectations and work with our supplier base to meet these expectations. Identify areas for change which will result in a smoother and efficient process and liaise with the relevant areas to implement that change, such as system and process improvements. Criteria: Previous experience in invoicing and administrative support is required. Must be proficient working with the MS Office suite. Familiar with invoicing software & other financial systems. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Have a proactive & positive approach to work. Proven record of meeting deadlines. Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive customer and financial data. Terms: Full Time Permanent Role. 40 hours per week, Monday Friday Salary depending on experience.
