Provide detailed engineering support for various project phases, including mechanical installations, offsite prefabrication, and quality checks. Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, budgets, and timelines are met efficiently. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure technical specifications are met and expectations are exceeded, maintaining strong client relationships. Implement sustainable practices and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on all projects. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance project quality, and integrate innovative solutions to exceed industry standards. Mechanical Engineer Skills: A degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering. Proven experience in HVAC and mechanical systems, with at least 3 years in a similar role. Strong knowledge of BIM design, mechanical installations, and prefabrication processes. Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
