What you'll do
Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to our customers by leading a team within the LFC warehouse function. You will ensure compliance with legal and budgetary requirements while maintaining high customer satisfaction through agreed SLAs. Leading by example, you will foster engagement and uphold our values, maintaining open and effective communication. Your customer-centric approach will guide operational activities and decision-making, prioritizing customer needs. You will manage and coach colleagues, driving their performance to meet targets, and collaborate with other teams within the LFC to achieve site results. Additionally, you will be accountable for health and safety standards, resource planning, and stock accuracy and security. By engaging and inspiring your team and responding effectively to customer demands, you will cultivate a positive work culture and contribute to the overall success of the LFC.
Who you are
You are a skilled leader with expertise in warehouse and retail operations. Your knowledge of multi-drop delivery and final mile delivery enables you to prioritize customer needs and foster a team culture aware of how actions impact service and results. You have a proven track record of leading large, diverse, and unionized teams, demonstrating effective decision-making, strong communication, and active listening skills. Your inclusive leadership style champions diversity, motivates colleagues at all levels, and maintains a customer-centric mindset to achieve desired outcomes.
