Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Lead Executive Assistant to be based within the London office.
Main responsibilities within the Lead Executive Assistant position include:
* Lead and manage a team of PA’s, ensuring they provide exceptional support to senior executives.
* Prioritise and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and work is of the highest quality.
* Oversee and provide executive calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and logistical support.
* Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes, improving team productivity and consistency.
* Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior executives.
* Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
* Mentor and coach team members, promoting career development and continuous improvement.
* Prepare reports on team performance, providing feedback to senior management and ensuring high performance.
* Manage the planning and coordination of events, conferences, meetings, and offsite activities.
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Contribute to ongoing projects and ad-hoc executive requests, adapting to changing priorities as needed.
Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:
* Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of administrative professionals.
* Proven experience managing complex executive calendars, including scheduling and prioritising meetings, travel, and events, ensuring optimal time management.
* Experience in preparing presentations and drafting correspondence with attention to detail.
* Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanour.
* A proactive approach to resolving issues efficiently.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
