This role will be just the job for someone who is highly customer-focused and has a real interest in gaming.
They offer the highest level of service to their customers from the second they encounter their products through to after-sales support. They are now looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team to assist with the following:
Job Description:
Dealing with incoming calls from enthusiastic customers who wish to enhance their kit or purchase new gaming equipment to enhance their system
You will be responding to the customer's needs and offering advice on the best solution for their requirements
Entering details into the system and updating the CRM as required
Responding to incoming emails on queries advice and complaints as and when required and managing the process from the initial stage to the outcome as required.
Replying/responding to emails
Supporting the team as and where needed, occasionally supporting other departments due to busy spikes Candidate Requirements for the Customer Service Coordinator role:
Knowledge or an interest in gaming is essential – we want someone passionate about the products!
Previous customer service experience would be an advantage
Have a confident and enthusiastic telephone manner
Good MS Office skills
Excellent written and verbal communication Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
(once trained there will also be a Saturday morning working on a 1 in 4 rota
9:00 am – 1:00 pm that you will get paid for)
Salary – £25,000 per Annum
