Perth & Kinross Health & Social Care Partnership (HSCP) is facing huge workforce challenges across a range of professions. We are looking for committed person with a proven track record of implementing lasting beneficial change in a large organisation to provide senior leadership to support the implementation of the HSCP’s 3-year Workforce Plan.
The postholder will support delivery of the HSCP’s Strategic Plan, care group Strategic Delivery Plans and the ongoing integration agenda by helping ensure we have the right workforce, in the right place with the right support, knowledge and skills.
The postholder’s responsibilities include:
Organising, planning and coordinating the implementation of the Workforce Plan
* Participating in local, regional and national discussions
* Ensuring there is robust consultation, engagement and communication
* Ensuring synergies with NHS Tayside and Perth & Kinross Council workforce planning activities
* Developing a robust performance framework
The successful applicant will have excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills, problem solving skills and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
