Commercial Property Loss Adjuster
The role:
Due to continued growth of demand for our services we require an experienced Commercial Property Loss Adjuster to join our Northern Ireland team. The role involves the handling of a wide variety of commercial property damage losses, including Business Interruption, up to the value of £100k.
You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims involving field visit to settlement within client SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria. Monthly productivity targets will also be set by your line manager.
Although you`ll be working autonomously, your line manager will maintain regular contact with you to discuss service delivery and in particular to provide support, guidance and mentoring in relation to more complex and challenging claims and your personal growth and development.
Candidates should ideally have experience of commercial property losses and be able to demonstrate a track record of providing excellent customer service. Existing market profile within the local market would be an advantage. Competitive package commensurate with experience will be provided.
You will have/will be:
1. Customer focus with a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service
2. Solid experience of dealing with commercial claims
3. Ideally be or have a commitment to progress with ACII and ACILA qualifications
4. Superb communications skills
5. IT proficient
6. Ability to work as part of a team
7. The ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your own caseload of claims
8. Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the customers, to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim
9. Able to build good relationships with clients
10. Conscientious, hard working to achieve and exceed the required results, as well as flexible and adaptable during times of surge
11. Be able to prioritise your workload on a daily basis
12. Ideally be educated to an advanced level
13. Full UK Driving Licence is essential
