Role Overview:
As a Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive, the successful candidate will play a key role in managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, delivering high-quality legal advice, and ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout the process. The role will involve advising clients on a range of property matters, from simple residential sales and purchases to more complex leasehold and re-mortgage transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Residential Sales and Purchases: Managing and overseeing the sale and purchase of residential properties, including dealing with offers, contracts, and conveyancing procedures.
* Re-mortgages: Advising clients on re-mortgage transactions, ensuring all legal requirements are met efficiently.
* Leasehold and Freehold Transactions: Handling both freehold and leasehold transactions, including advising on leases, lease extensions, and property rights.
* Client Management: Providing clear and concise legal advice, managing client expectations, and offering solutions to any challenges that arise during transactions.
* Due Diligence: Conducting searches, liaising with third parties, and reviewing contracts, ensuring all legal aspects of the transaction are carefully considered.
* Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant property laws, conveyancing regulations, and firm policies, as well as ensuring high standards of client care and confidentiality.
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with other members of the property team to share knowledge and provide clients with the best possible service.

Candidate Profile:
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive: The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
