Main Skills/ Experience Needed:
1. Vendor management
2. Stakeholder management
3. Extensive infrastructure experience
4. Mailbox migrations
5. M365/Outlook/MS Exchange
Key Responsibilities:
6. Provide direct oversight of programme(s)/project(s) with financial and outcome accountability.
7. Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders within IT, Global Businesses, and Finance.
8. Lead and direct multidisciplinary teams across all global businesses, functions, and regions.
9. Ensure alignment of projects with the wider change portfolio and group strategy.
10. Manage end-to-end execution of projects, including planning, execution, implementation, governance, financial, resource, and change management.
11. Provide financial analysis and ensure adherence to financial processes and procedures.
12. Identify and escalate budgetary risks, issues, and opportunities.
13. Ensure effective handover of projects into Business-as-Usual operations.
14. Deploy Business Transformation Frameworks and methodologies within projects.
