A well-equipped veterinary practice located just outside Nottingham is seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their fantastic team!
This modern practice features separate operating theatres, digital x-ray, ultrasound, and endoscopy, with access to both MRI and CT scanners, providing the tools needed to deliver top-quality care. The team is experienced, passionate, and dedicated to providing exceptional service to every patient while handling a busy general caseload.
You will be responsible for ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of treatment, with clear and compassionate communication with clients at every step. You'll be preparing tailored treatment plans, including accurate cost estimates, and ensuring regulatory, practice, and operational compliance is met.
In addition to clinical responsibilities, this role offers the opportunity to engage, mentor, and develop the existing team, fostering a progressive clinical culture. You will lead by example, supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures, while pro-actively sharing best practices.
As an RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon, the ideal candidate will bring experience in delivering excellent care, working effectively as part of a team, and demonstrating strong clinical leadership skills. The role requires a passion for mentorship and coaching to help colleagues excel, while also ensuring clinic efficiency and performance through collaborative efforts.
