Working as an integral part of Liquidline's Sales Team, the Head of National Accounts will be responsible for developing new business, and also managing the National Accounts Sales Team. The post holder will be responsible for executing a revenue growth strategy that includes identifying new marketing opportunities and expanding the customer base. You will lead a National Accounts Team by motivating, coaching and mentoring and driving the success of the team. The role requires overseeing proactive lead business generation, the development, maintenance and growth of a robust sales pipeline and the management of contact negotiations, closing new business and delivering a service driven approach. The Role - Head of National Accounts To be responsible for driving increased revenue. This will involve the development of a growth strategy, including overseeing the proactive development of a new business pipeline. To lead and support the National Accounts team, motivating and driving them to reach their monthly goals. To develop new team members, and also work with existing team members by coaching, mentoring and training staff members. To increase lead generation, for the first 18 months of the role it will be 'quote bearing' this will mean that in addition to managing the team, you will also be the responsibility to generate own lead through targeted new business, selling/upselling to existing customers. To work effectively with the sales team, and internal department to support overall company business objectives. To network effectively within the industry, and to represent Liquidline in the best possible way at external events. To handle key accounts in terms of pricing, and customer issues and to attend regular client meetings. What You Will Need In The Role Of Head of National Accounts Proven track record as an Area Sales Manager, Senior Account Manager or similar. Confident and trained in advanced sales, and consultative sales practices. Able to understand, and interpret KPI's and ROI metrics. Familiar with using a CRM system, and experienced in using the Office 365 suite. High level of business acumen. Experience within the coffee industry would be an advantage to your application, but is not essential.
