Main duties of the job Our Trusts Board of Directors is legally responsible for the strategic day-to-day operational management of the Trust, its policies and its services, and also holds the Executive Directors to account. Our colleagues, governors and the public are invited to attend all six public board meetings each year; the Board is supported by governance committees and establishes short-life board committees from time to time. Our new appointee will have demonstrable senior experience and expertise of working in/with community partnership / third sector / voluntary sector organisations, as well as experience of engaging with partner organisations, and co-production. We are also seeking candidates with strong connections to and/or in-depth knowledge of the Gloucestershire geography.
