Job summary There are 2 vacancies for this role: 1x 1.0 WTE substantive Senior Practitioner 1x 1.0 WTE (part time considered) Senior Practitioner to cover Maternity Leave until December 2025 (fixed term). The Senior Practitioner will work in partnership with the Service Manager to provide operational management of the Liaison Psychiatry team on a day-to-day basis. The role will support other members of the team through effective leadership and clinical supervision. They will demonstrate a high level of practice experience. They will provide leadership and support to the teams and lead any future developments of the service provision by actively getting involved in quality improvement initiatives to improve performance and clinical outcomes for our service users. The Senior Practitioner will work a mixed shift pattern which will cover the full 24/7 period - including weekends and bank holidays.
