Sports Coach Part -time, Temporary, from April 22nd, Chorley Are you an enthusiastic and experienced coach looking for a temporary role? We are seeking a Part-Time Temporary Sports Coach to join our team in Chorley for an exciting opportunity Job Overview The successful candidate will play a significant role in the coaching of sport and the wider operational running of the department. We envisage that you will work directly with a team in each term both during the week and on a weekend in formal fixtures against other schools and inject energy and enthusiasm into the whole school sports programme. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging coaching sessions to individuals and groups across various sports Develop and implement training programs to suit the needs and abilities of participants Promote a positive and encouraging environment for athletes to reach their full potential Organise and run events, matches, and tournaments Provide feedback, guidance, and motivation to help participants improve Requirements: Proven experience in coaching or sports training Excellent communication and leadership skills Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g. FA Level 1, NGB certification) Ability to work with children and adults of varying skill levels Passion for sports and helping others develop their skills DBS check (or willing to apply for one) What We Offer: Competitive salary Ongoing professional development opportunities A supportive and friendly work environment Opportunity to make a real impact in the community What next?
