Customer Service Administrator Location: DE56 Belper - Office-based (hybrid working after training) Transport: Own transport essential As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the diaries for a team of surveyors, ensuring appointments are booked efficiently. Duties: - Schedule appointments - Liaise with applicants, vendors, clients, and lenders to ensure smooth communication. - Maintain strong working relationships with surveyors, ensuring regular contact. - Optimise surveyors' diaries - Provide administrative support - Conduct follow-up calls where necessary - Identify and escalate priority issues as needed. Skills & Experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced office environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong time management and prioritisation abilities. - Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. - Knowledge of the Property industry desirable - Experience in diary management. - Influencing and negotiation skills. Own Transport required due to location. £24k basic plus Bonus (paid monthly) Working hours 37.5 per week between 8.00-18.00 on a rota Must be flexible to work outside of these hours if required (remote based)
