Trust Recruitment Lead
Hours of work: 30-37 hours per week. 52 weeks per year.
Salary: £34,314 - £37,938 (Annual FTE)
We have an exciting opportunity to join our central HR team as our Trust Recruitment Lead. This key role will manage the recruitment function for Primary schools and central services and provide consultative support for the Secondary and SEN phases, ensuring compliance across the Trust with Keeping Children Safe in Education Safer Recruitment practices. Line managing a team of 3, the post holder will be responsible for implementing the Trust’s recruitment strategy, driving continuous improvement of recruitment processes across the Trust as well as managing the administration of Apprenticeships within the Trust and the sponsorship of overseas candidates.
The ideal candidate
* Will have a Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience
* Be experienced in delivering coaching and training to various stakeholders at different levels
* Have significant experience of talent acquisition, ideally in the mainstream education sector
* Be highly organised and confident prioritising conflicting priorities
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively influence
