About the Role
As a Care Home Deputy Manager & Clinical Lead, you will support the delivery of quality care. You will work closely with the General Manager and take on leadership duties in their absence. Your responsibilities will include ensuring care standards, motivating your team, and inspiring a multidisciplinary team to help residents enjoy the best possible quality of life.
You will lead by example, monitor standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and regulatory compliance checks. You will set high standards and develop strategies to achieve your goals.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching/mentoring/supervision qualification. Experience in helping residents with different health needs is essential, as well as a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
We are also looking for candidates with HR experience, a strong knowledge of sales and marketing, an understanding of budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship. Additionally, you will need to be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.
