They are looking for a proactive and professional Team Administrator to support their Finance and Customer Service teams, with additional involvement across the Sales department. Team Administrator – Responsibilities:
* Handling incoming phone calls, resolving queries, and directing calls to the appropriate department
* Managing emails and administration for the Customer Service and Finance teams
* Preparing documentation packs for customers
* Coordinating inspections and follow-ups for customers
* Attending meetings with managers and directors to support with administrative tasks
* Providing additional admin support across the Finance and Sales teams as required
Team Administrator – What We’re Looking For:
* Office-based admin experience (e.g., Admin Assistant, Receptionist, Customer Service, Coordinator)
* Previous Construction or Property experience is advantageous, but not essential
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills
* Comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders and directors
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work
* Must be a driver, as occasional site visits with directors may be required
