O&M Maintenance Service Delivery Leads
About the Company:
Our client is a leading provider of construction and O&M support to major offshore wind/energy projects throughout the UK and Europe.
Job Summary:
This is an onshore role that involves providing coordination and management of all offshore defect and repair works, including approving work packs, scheduling, and approval of RAMS.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage all offshore defect and repair works, including approving work packs, scheduling, and approval of RAMS.
* Serve as the primary interface with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
* Conduct technical reviews of defect registers, manage daily progress reports, and resolve issues.
* Lead daily offshore meetings and manage manning and maintenance plans for current and future works.
* Possess an electrical background gained in the energy/manufacturing industries with experience in planning maintenance work.
* Conduct technical reviews of defects registers, review relevant material with the technical team, and determine cost-effective solutions.
* Maintain adherence to companies QHSE policies and standards.
* Utilize excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create and populate documents to a high standard.
* Prepare and manage KPI requirements, including cost, schedule, and change control updates, highlighting key issues and concerns.
* Hold a minimum of GCSE/O Level qualifications in English and Maths.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have an electrical background gained in the energy/manufacturing industries with experience in planning maintenance work. The individual must also possess excellent Microsoft Office skills and be able to create and populate documents to a high standard.
Benefits:
