Igloo are currently recruiting for an experienced administrators for our client based in Sheerness. The start date will be the end of October.
Our customer is a large transport company that deal with the transportation of new and used vehicles around the UK and Europe.
The Role:
1. Providing general administration duties to the office
2. Answering general phone calls
3. Collating drivers’ paperwork
4. Taking minuets in meetings
5. Other duties as and when required
What kind of person we are looking for?:
6. Administration experience
7. Experience using Microsoft packages (Excel, Outlook)
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Experience within transport or logistics is advantageous but not essential
