Property Litigation Solicitor
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a NQ-2 years PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join a growing Dispute Resolution department. You will be working closely with an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor, handling a broad range of disputes, including commercial and residential landlord-tenant issues, adverse possession claims, boundary disputes, Party Wall Act disputes, and restrictive covenants.
This role offers the chance to manage a varied caseload, enhance your commercial acumen, and collaborate with senior colleagues on complex legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage correspondence and document files for individual client matters in line with firm standards.
2. Meet deadlines and targets while prioritizing a diverse caseload.
3. Represent clients in both commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and professional contacts.
5. Provide advice and assist in resolving boundary disputes, Party Wall Act issues, restrictive covenants, and planning enforcement matters.
6. Promote your personal reputation and the firm's brand through networking and identifying business development opportunities.
Experience & Skills Required:
1. NQ-2 years PQE
2. A background in Litigation, with some experience in Property Litigation.
3. Suitable for a recently qualified or newly qualified solicitor with an ambitious mindset and a proactive approach.
4. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work accurately, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
