You'll troubleshoot, resolve user concerns, and help improve the experience for all users by assisting with onboarding, documenting processes, and collaborating with the Transformation team.
About Our Opportunity
As our Platform Support Partner, you will provide timely and effective user support, ensuring issues are resolved in line with our SLA. You will troubleshoot and resolve non-technical software issues raised by colleagues, identifying when escalation is needed.
It is important to document the support processes, ensuring efficiency and continuity.
You will also help onboard new users to the system, ensuring a seamless experience for day-one success.
