Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for a fast-paced retailer with a great reputation for service and products! We are looking for a Store Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times. Having a background in a fast-paced, multi-product environment is preferred. We are happy to consider candidates from big box stores, trade stores, DIY stores, food stores, or any general merchandise/multi-product retailers!

To be our client's new Store Manager, you will be a hands-on, commercial, and results-driven Store Manager who has a passion for coaching and developing your teams, combined with a passion for delivering world-class customer service!
As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include the following:
1. Recruit, lead and develop a great store team.
2. Drive customer service standards in your store.
3. Drive sales in store and ensure site profitability.
4. Manage your P&L and control costs.
5. Maintain company and product brand standards as well as adhere to H&S guidelines.
6. Achieve store and company KPIs.
7. Keep up with current trends, including competitor analysis.
Our Client's Store Manager role is the ideal role if you are looking to join a customer-focused brand. To be successful for this position, you should have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Manager in a strong retail environment.
