Job Description The Marketing Director at CoreLogic will be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in marketing management. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with CoreLogic's business objectives. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including one direct report and three indirect reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales growth. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives. Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions. Job Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in marketing analytics and tools.
