About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional service. You will support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards are maintained while motivating and developing the team.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Work closely with the Food and Beverage team to achieve and exceed budgeted targets
* Support the management team in all aspects of service, staffing, and product offering
* Train, develop, and motivate the team to provide outstanding guest experiences
* Ensure the restaurant is fully stocked and well-maintained, including cellar management
* Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the department
* Maintain strong employee relations and foster a positive working environment
* Respond to guest feedback in a proactive and professional manner
* Implement strategies to maximise covers and increase revenue
* Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance profitability
* Take on duty management responsibilities as required
About You
* Experience in a similar role within a hotel or high-end venue (minimum four-star standard)
* Strong understanding of restaurant service and beverage operations
* Commercial awareness and financial acumen
* Ideally WSET Level 2 trained
* Experience in cellar management and stock control
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Passionate about delivering a high-quality dining experience
* Ability to train and develop a team to consistently high standards
