We are recruiting for a Hire Controller (Tools/Plant hire) for our client based in the Buckinghamshire area.
Hours of work: 07:00 Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch) - 08.30-12.00 Saturday on a rota basis.
Duties:
* Customer facing role.
* Processing hires and sales orders via email, phone, and face to face.
* Handling queries and complaints.
* Using in-house system.
Ideally, you will have hire/merchant experience, but this is not essential if you come from a customer-facing role.
This is a customer-focused role where the successful candidate will be expected to build relationships and exceed customer expectations.
