Are you ready to work for one of the largest manufacturers of liquid waste vacuum tankers and jetting equipment in Europe?
We are looking for someone who is able to service and repair both Whale Tankers and Non-Whale equipment, ensuring the correct maintenance of vacuum and jetting systems on a variety of models and manufacturers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify faults, correctly diagnose repairs, and determine the parts required.
You will work in service repair and remounted vehicle teams where demand is required, completing mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical works.
Responsibilities include accurately identifying parts required and amending stock profiles to improve first fix rates. There may be opportunities for weekend work to support customer requirements.
We are looking for someone with the following knowledge and transferable skills:
* Vehicle Electrics
* Pneumatics
* Hydraulics
* General Mechanical Skills
* Fault finding skills
* Welding capability with potential to become coded to repair vehicle tanks
Ideally, you should have an engineering apprenticeship and knowledge of commercial vehicles, complex engineered products, or agricultural machines would be beneficial.
