AMJ Recruitment are looking for a Operations Coordinator/Administrator to join our valued Manufacturing client based in Nuneaton. Pay Rate - £25000 to £29000 per annum (DOE) Location - Nuneaton Hours: 08:00am - 16:30pm (Monday to Thursday) 08:00am - 12:30pm (Friday) Term - 12 Month FTC, with view of extension based on performance. Start Date - ASAP Main Purpose: Provide effective and comprehensive support and coordination to the Operations Director, Head of Supply Chain, and Production Manager. Support all areas within the Operations sector. Key Duties: Reporting: Prepare accurate weekly and monthly operations reports. Produce monthly reports on PPV, slow-moving items, supplier and production performance, and key performance indicators. Develop and maintain accurate tracking documents and spend analysis relating to all new projects Analysis: Conduct spend analysis and maintain monthly analysis of overhead spending for Purchasing. Utilize Power BI for data visualization and analysis, benefiting from its interactive dashboards, real-time insights, and ability to handle large datasets. Data Management: Maintain accurate tooling register (including order placement, invoice approval and the annual tooling audit), price movement forms, key commodity pricing, currency exchange rates, risk assessment and audit records, MRS system data regarding stock, and data for performance reviews. Supplier Management: Monitor receipts related to supplier recharges, maintain documentation related to supplier compliance, and maintain effective relationships with vendors, driving adherence to company standards and procedures. Supply Chain Sustainability: Leverage the Qonstrue platform to enhance supply chain sustainability. Drive continuous improvement in sustainability performance across the supply chain, contributing to corporate social responsibility goals. Stock Management: Maintain packaging details using First Issue information and MRS system data regarding stock. Staff & Time Management: Maintain accurate holiday and absenteeism records for all operations staff, create weekly timesheets for factory staff, validate invoices, and update HR records. Ensure all activities are conducted with due empathy and confidentiality. Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables, ensuring timely execution. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying issues and risks. Encourage a collaborative environment where team members are motivated to meet deadlines and deliver on commitments aligned with operational goals. Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, prepare reports, maintain files, and support the operations team. Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities. Other Duties: Run and submit monthly WEEE reports, collate PPE requirements, place orders, monitor receipt, and issue. Provide and order stationery as needed and approve invoices. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and internal and external customers, demonstrating professional credibility.
