Customer Service Agent
Pay: £11.79 per hour, increases to £12.01 on completion of your probation.
Location: Edinburgh Airport
Hours: Your shift can fall in between 0230hrs to 0030hrs (including weekends, public holidays)
Shift Pattern: This is a 4 on and 4 off shift pattern
Are you dedicated and customer-focused? We are looking for individuals like you to join our team as Customer Service Agents. At Swissport, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our passengers and clients.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet passengers and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout their journey.
2. Assist passengers with check-in procedures, luggage handling, and boarding processes.
3. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and other relevant details.
4. Ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations, including security and safety protocols.
5. Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain efficient and smooth operations.
6. Resolve passenger concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
7. Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, and reporting as required.
Qualifications
8. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is advantageous.
9. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.

11. The ability to work under pressure and adapt to suit our clients’ needs.
12. You must have a full 5 year/unemployment/education history within the UK.
13. Proof of right to live and work within the UK.
14. You must have been living within the UK for 5 years to be considered for this role
15. 2 x proof of address.
16. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling passenger information and documentation.
