We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FP&A specialist to join our busy and growing Finance Team. Job Purpose Reporting to the FP&A Director, as an FP&A lead you will have the opportunity to support the development of a world class FP&A function and be involved in the implementation of Pigment (our selected planning tool). We are looking for someone with a strategic mindset, who is experienced in implementing new processes and is not afraid to challenge the business. The ideal candidate will be willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the detail from day one. While the role is an FP&A lead, you will initially not have any direct reports but will have the opportunity to support the build out of the function as the business grows.
