As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them maintain independence.
You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, enjoying building professional friendships while spending time with others.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide live-in care, primarily working independently, while respecting the client's privacy and adhering to their household rules.
* Improve the client’s quality of life by offering companionship and participating in enjoyable, meaningful activities, assisting with daily routines, managing appointments, and supporting social events and outings.
* Record daily activities and report any changes or concerns regarding the client's well-being or living environment.
* Seek help when necessary to ensure the client’s safety and overall health.
* Maintain consistent communication with your supervisor and office team.
* Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, medication reminders, and provide support for dementia or respite care.
Qualifications:
As a Live In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay, and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support.
