My client is currently looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team in Stoke on Trent.The main function of the role is to support the Office Manager & Financial Planners that provide an efficient, high quality and compliant service to their clients.Key Duties:Processing new businessPreparing valuation reportsPreparing performance documentation for client review appointmentsPreparing review checklist for client appointmentsObtaining provider information to assist advisers with their recommendations and enable paraplanners to produce comprehensive reportsRun risk profiler results via FE AnalyticsEnsuring that clients are advised of progress throughout this processAssisting with research and producing FE Analytics fund switch reportsEnsure client authorisation received to complete switch in line with MIFID II requirementsProcessing and monitoring switch directly with provider or electronically via platformPreparing half yearly valuation reports for issue to clientProvide post review summary reports to clientsCompleting withdrawal instructions on behalf of clientsEnsuring any instructions received are confirmed in writing by client and authentication process is followedPrevious experience in an IFA environment is essential.For more information please contact Graeme Hyland on 07896 933622 or email graeme.hyland@idexconsulting.com
