Assist in the operation of sports, leisure, and recreational establishments throughout the Bolsover District.

Go! Active is a £4 million leisure facility that caters for a wide range of ages and abilities and is fully accessible. We have two swimming pools, flume, gym, thermal suite, group exercise studios, group cycling studio, sports hall, outdoor pitches, and a café.
This role ensures the efficient, effective and economic operation of sports, leisure and recreational activities, including a wide range of duties in wet, dry and other operational areas.
The successful candidate will be involved in general leisure duties including control, organisation and implementation of the work of Leisure Services, its assets, resources, systems and methods of work.
To be successful you will need:
1. Excellent understanding of the leisure industry
2. Understanding of customer computerised booking systems
3. Understanding of the operation of leisure facilities and equipment including Health and Safety awareness
4. RLSS UK National Pool Lifeguard Award
5. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
6. Customer service skills
7. Ability to work in a team environment
8. Must be physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
