This is an exciting new opportunity to work alongside a prestigious ‘blue chip’ retailer, developing a new course in partnership, lecturing, and assessing employed adult students. You will be welcomed and supported in a large, diverse engineering department with excellent facilities and resources.
About the role
Teaching & assessing practical engineering maintenance subjects, supported and underpinned by theory delivery for both levels 2 & 3. To undertake course leadership and curriculum development duties within the department. This role provides a flexible working opportunity.
About you
You’ll hold a Level 3 Qualification in an engineering, mechatronics, or maintenance discipline or a professional industrial qualification within the sector, alongside relevant industrial experience. Teaching/mentoring experience is desirable, and you must have a positive approach to working in innovative ways and with the wider engineering team. With excellent IT and communication skills, you’ll be committed to inspiring the next generation of maintenance engineers.
