A fast-paced retail business with 10 sites in the UK and approximately 280 staff, with the head office based in Doncaster.
Description
Responsible for all aspects of HR including:
1. Employee Relations
2. Employee Engagement
3. Recruitment
4. Onboarding
5. Induction and Training
6. Oversee Payroll
Manage and develop the HR Advisor as a direct report. Work with the Senior Leadership team to deliver company objectives through people. Coach, guide, and upskill managers. Be visible in the business.
Profile
A successful HR Manager should have:
1. Experience operating at HR Manager level
2. Generalist HR experience responsible for all aspects of HR
3. Strong Employment Law knowledge
4. Payroll knowledge and responsibilities
5. Ability to be based 5 days per week in Sheffield
6. Willingness to travel to other sites as needed with the use of a hire car
Job Offer
Competitive salary range of £40-50k FTE. Can be full-time or part-time. 22 days of holiday leave plus additional allocated leave. Pension with auto-enrolment. Site-based role. 40-hour contract.
