Paid Media Manager – 4.5 day working week!

Forward Role are supporting an incredibly exciting organisation made up of multiple company Retail brands who are looking to completely reshape their internal Paid team as a result of the recent launch of their B2C mass market offering, and are now on the lookout for a brand new Paid Media Manager to assist them in achieving their 3 year goal of becoming the Number 1 Brand in their field!
Your day to day would look like:
1. Ownership and development of the overall paid media activations and day to day implementation of campaigns across: PPC, Shopping, Paid Social, Display and YouTube.
2. Optimising activity frequently to ensure campaign spending is kept on track
3. Analysing and optimising campaign performance across various platforms
4. Reporting on campaign performance and providing actionable insights to the wider marketing and ecommerce teams
5. Using large data sets to analyse and create optimisation plans
6. Working closely with third parties like Google and Facebook to drive opportunities and test new products
7. Working closely with the wider digital marketing team to present the performance of the paid media channels, bringing insights and ideas to the table to support wider activities
8. Use large data sets to analyse and create optimization plans
9. Collaborate with the digital design teams
10. Continually test new creative, audiences, bidding strategies, and customer journeys to meet KPIs.
Your skills & experience:
11. A minimum 2+ years ‘hands on’ experience paid media campaigns – having both Paid Search & Paid Social would be highly desirable – either in house or agency experience considered
12. Experience using Google Analytics and paid platforms, such as Google and Facebook Ads, to review performance
13. Knowledge of tracking & tagging requirements/management
14. Able to think creatively to enhance campaign performance
15. A strong understanding of Google Ads and Analytics is required
