Ideally, you will have some experience of SEN/SEND in a learning environment but this is not essential if you show a strong desire to work with young people.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Support a child with special needs and help them reach their potential in a professional and caring manner.
2. Be reliable and punctual when working individually in the community or as part of a team and support colleagues in their roles.
3. Actively join in play and youth activities.
4. Be prepared to communicate differently with a wide range of people.
5. Ensure the highest level of safety and safeguarding at all times.
