About Us
In the Worthing area, WSCC Residential Services has a fantastic opportunity within a new home that will care for children with a variety of social, emotional, and behavioural needs brought on by early childhood trauma and family breakup. To make sure children receive the right support and have a clear long term plan, the home will function as a temporary emergency assessment home.
This unique role will involve working as a team to provide support, specifically to children who would struggle to live with others and would require additional help from their support circle to thrive.
We are looking for a driven professional with a child-centred approach to their work who is willing, able, and committed to helping children.
Being able to truly impact the lives of the children and their families will come with joining our children's residential roles. You will be a part of a friendly and supportive team who are passionate about their work and commitment to supporting children.
