We’re recruiting for a Human Resource Assistant to join a well-established and ever growing company based in the Worthing area. You will have previous experience working in a HR role; ideally, you’ll have a CIPD qualification or be working towards one, but this is not essential. You will be responsible for managing all HR functions from recruitment, employee relations, performance management and more. As a HR Assistant your role will include: Overlooking the employee lifecycle Assisting with implementing HCM/HRIS Supporting HR projects General administrative duties Generating reports Skills Required: Previous experience of working in a HR role Excellent communication skills both written and verbally Understand Excel and other software CIPD qualification or working towards (desirable) Company benefits: Free onsite parking 25 days holiday (increasing with service) Performance bonus scheme Private healthcare access Cash Plan This is a full time permanent position based in Worthing working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm fully office based on an annual salary between £26,000 up to £28,000 (dependent on experience).
