Working closely with our volunteer Development Officer and payroll team, this important role supports our excellent team of staff and volunteers. Managing all aspects of staff recruitment, development and wellbeing provision.
We are seeking a colleague with experience in managing people and recruitment procedures and policies in operational and managerial settings. Supervision and support can be offered to those in their early career who are wanting to learn and develop their skills, or this could be an interesting and fulfilling role for people who already have a great deal of HR experience.
