Job Description We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Manager to join our team and support our growing business. Reporting to the Head of Product Market Management, the Business Manager will collaborate across functions to develop, implement, and monitor strategies that optimize business performance. The successful candidate will assist in budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial analysis to support the company’s fiscal goals. Proficiency in business software, such as Microsoft Office and ERP systems, is essential for this role. The Business Manager will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress toward objectives and demonstrate agility in adapting strategies as required. A strong commercial awareness and experience are necessary for contributing to commercial proposals, ensuring appropriate pricing and accurate assumptions for development, support, and manufacturing costs. Additionally, the Business Manager will work closely with key support functions to ensure the business is managed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as company policies. Main Responsibilities Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support the company’s fiscal goals. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and progress toward objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to optimize business performance. Support the bid process, participating in client meetings, formulating bid strategies, and providing input into pricing models. Support the Product Management team in maintaining a balanced and profitable portfolio through the introduction and withdrawal of products and services. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to align operational activities with business goals. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as company policies. Desired Experience, Skills, and Qualifications 3 years of experience in a business management role with strong exposure to Finance, Sales, Operations, and Purchasing, preferably within the manufacturing or technology industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrable experience in leading and influencing others. Proven ability to coordinate across multiple business functions and engage key stakeholders effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to proactively identify and manage risks. Proficiency in business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, ERP systems). Fluent English (written and verbal).
