We have a great opportunity for a driven, part-qualified finance professional to join our Commercial Finance function as an Assistant Finance Analyst. 3. Concession Income: Oversee the accounting and reconciliation of income from over 230 in-store concessions, acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding finance queries.
4. Projects: Work alongside the Estates and Systems teams to enhance and develop our property database, contributing to testing and reporting.
5. Forecasting & Budgeting: Prepare and review monthly cost and income reports, propose forecast changes, and manage the twice-yearly budgeting process for the lease portfolio.
6. Balance Sheet Completion: Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations with supporting analysis and commentary on key movements.
7. Estates P&L and Balance Sheet: Compile and present monthly management accounts for the Estates division, providing clear and insightful commentary to senior management.
