We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivables Analyst. In this role you will be working as part of the Sales Ledger team at MWI Animal Health UK (Part of Cencora), reporting to the Group Receivables Manager. The role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the Group Sales Ledger function, managing over £25m in cash collections monthly with minimal delinquency. This is a hybrid role, with a requirement to be in the office in Castle Cary, once a week (every Tuesday). The main areas of responsibility are as follows: Handling credit control for customer and manufacturer groups. Preparing invoices, credit memos, and support rebate processes. Conducting account reconciliations and cash allocations. Assisting in setting up new customers. Preparing cash projections and historical reports. Ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act internal control requirements. Improving Accounts Receivable (AR) performance and reduce Debtor Days. Assisting in General Ledger accounting across group companies. Managing day-to-day cash flow and banking relationships. Assisting in Direct Debit runs for multiple companies. Supporting system improvement projects and external audit information provision.. We would value the following attributes: Strong communication and customer care skills. Knowledge of the Animal Healthcare industry (desirable) Ability to assess processes critically and suggest improvements. Team-oriented with strong computer skills, especially Excel.
