We are currently recruiting for an administrator to provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to our home in Leyland - Paradise House. Working 20 hours per week - Monday - Thursday - 9am - 2pm! This is an excellent opportunity that offers a varied and busy workload with no two days the same!
Duties:
1. Updating admin files i.e. Coshh / certificates/ policies and procedures
2. Setting up staff files in line with CQC guidelines
3. Administration of the training matrix to ensure all staff are compliant
4. Dealing with petty cash and petty cash returns
5. Auditing and control of residents' available cash
6. Undertaking all admin audits i.e. staff file audits
7. Archiving
8. Meeting and greeting visitors to the homes
9. General office duties as directed by the managers
Skills and Experience:
1. Excellent communication and administration skills including systems data input, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
2. Effective organisational skills
3. Strong team player
4. Flexibility to respond to multiple priorities
5. Adaptable when dealing with different homes and managers
6. Driver with own vehicle
