We’re working with a prestigious high-end house builder in Waltham Abbey who is looking for a confident and organised Administrator with prior experience in the construction sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, design-led business known for delivering luxury homes to an exceptional standard. You’ll play a vital role supporting project teams and senior management with day-to-day admin, document control, and coordination across live developments. Key Responsibilities: * Provide administrative support to the construction and site teams * Manage documentation, including drawings, site files, and health & safety records * Assist with procurement tracking, meeting minutes, and project correspondence * Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal departments * Ensure systems and records are kept accurate and up to date About You: * Previous experience in an administrative role within construction or housebuilding * Strong IT and organisational skills (Excel, Word, Outlook essential) * Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks * Excellent communication and time-management skills * Team player with a flexible approach What’s On Offer: * £30,000 per annum * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Exposure to high-quality residential projects * Long-term role with growth potential
