We are seeking a mid-weight designer to join our Creative team in Orpington. The successful candidate will work on diverse design projects, implementing creative visions across all brand elements within a vibrant global environment.
A team player who engages with the CSM Live team, passionate about design, naturally creative, and capable of providing both creative and technical skills while remaining calm under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Lead new design briefs and develop responses under the guidance of the creative director.
* Bring innovative ideas and approaches, developing multiple design proposals from brief to completion for internal and external use.
* Work from guidelines and execute work across various formats under the direction of the creative director.
* Create event brand identities for new and existing clients.
* Present your work confidently and clearly to wider teams.
* Act as brand guardian for Wasserman Live and specific clients, reviewing all work before final presentation.
* Liaise directly with account teams and clients under the supervision of the Creative Director.
* Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
* Experience in graphic design and typography.
* Experience across multiple disciplines including event branding, print, posters, and OOH.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro).
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Keynote.
* Strong understanding of print production processes.
* Ability to work independently and follow verbal instructions.
* Experience designing within brand guidelines and following specific briefs.
* Capability to adapt a core creative idea across various media formats.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and support at the art-working stage of campaigns.
* 5+ years of experience in design or experiential sectors.
* An interest in sports and a passion for brands is preferred.
