If so, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as an Energy Hubs Area Manager, covering our Retail Energy Hubs in the South. Our Retail Energy Hubs are located on the high streets to service customers in the community. We work alongside local charities and organisations to help fundraise and deliver on vital services, whilst promoting our own charitable foundation ‘Utilita Giving’. What does this role involve? Covering multiple branches, you will ensure our Energy Hubs remain a support for our customers, offering energy advice, promoting Utilita products and services and providing a community space. Day to day you will; ensure staff have the right tools and resources to deliver a customer first service; mentor, coach, and support Supervisors and their teams to achieve business goals in line with our vision and values; create and analyse reports to identify any trends and make recommendations for improvements; implement and audit controls and measures to ensure our hubs are a safe environment for both customers and employees; lead by example by covering the Supervisor when they are absent; attend community and charity events to raise our brand and promote our “Pro Planet, Pro Pocket” message. Who are we looking for? As an experienced people manager coming from a retail environment, you will know what it takes to motivate and empower our Energy Hub teams. You will have great organisational skills to manage the performance of the Energy Hubs in your area. Your experience in creating and analysing reports will enable you to identify and implement opportunities to benefit our customers and the business. The role evolves travel between sites; therefore, you will need a full UK driving licence.
