The Role
You will be responsible for handling feasibility studies, preparing detailed schedules of work, inspecting properties, managing contractors, liaising with tenants, and staying ahead of compliance, health and safety, and emerging legislation.
About the Position
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Qualifications: HNC or equivalent in a building construction-related field.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
* Skills: Sharp organizational skills, clear communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving.
